Another Essay for Mrs. Healey

Well, I'm bored, so I'm going to write in another journal entry that I wrote for Mrs. Healey. Be sure to read the one under this. k? Here is another.


I'm Glad I'm Alive When By Stephanie C------


I'm glad I'm alive when it's summer and I'm riding in my Uncle Freddie's boat. My Auntie takes me up to her cottage in NH for a week every summer. Two summer's ago, I brought my friend Jackie with me, as I always do. It was one of our last days in Winnapasauke and the sun was just about to set. Uncle Freddy took Jackie and I for one more ride before he brought the boat back to the marina. He took us across the lake to this small ice cream place. So, I sat in the front seat next to Uncle, eating my strawberry ice cream and looking at the beautiful sun set. That was one of the greatest moments I've experianced.

I'm happy I'm alive when I'm tanning on the beach. I can feel the sun beating down on me. Smell the hamburgers on the grill. Taste my Diet Coke and I can hear my baby cousins laughing and jumping into the lake. Thats when I'm happy to be on this Earth.

I'm glad I'm alive when I look at my report card and see B...B....A...A...B....A And then I look at my math grade and see D+. Yeah..then I hear my mom yelling and I'm not happy to be alive.
