Happy Happy Happy!!

Gee, don't ya just LOVE those days when you walk outside and you can just feel it in your bones that it's gonna be an awesome day? I guess you could say that I had a day like that, today. I walked outside, on my way to Prospect to meet up with Gungus and it was just so refreshing! I love the "Sweater Weather" we've been having. [Warm enough to only have to wear a sweat shirt].

Today was fantastic. I only seen Kendra and Felicia once, and we [we as in Gungus, Sean Post, Mikey, the other 9 kids that were with us today and I] pretty much hung out in Mama Gina's all day. I never noticed it before, but the Lincoln Park Community is very close knit. Everyone is brothers, cousins or best friends with this one or that one and everyone knows everyone. Thats the reason that we can so freely "loiter" in Mama's all day. Two of the boys in LPB are brothers/cousins with a couple guys that work there! Everyone is just so relaxed. And there's so many hang out spots! If we [yea.. I said WE. I guess I am officially accepted into the group..] aren't at Lincoln Park, then you can find us in Mama's, at Conway Park, at Prospect or somewhere in between.

Anyways, Mikey had a dentist appointment. I think he said something is wrong with his moler and he has to get a filling. So, he has 2 holes in the back of his mouth until Monday. Poor thing can barely eat =(

He's so sweet to me though! Walks me home almost everyday [if he doesn't walk me home then I'm either with Virgilia or someone pegs me on their bike] because I have the EARLIEST CURFEW OUT OF THE WHOLE BUNCH OF KIDS I HANG OUT WITH!!

It is still BROAD daylight out at 7, when I have to be home. It's so annoying because just when stuff gets interesting and EVERYONE is down the park... I have to leave. [Or else all hell will break loose if I'm 5 MINUTES LATE!!] Yea mum.. I hope your reading this. I think that my curfew should be extended, especially for nights that I don't have karate. It's not like I'm out around Somerville, by myself. I'm in a HUGE group of about 10 to sometimes 15 kids! I'm always with these kids.. they're wicked funny, too. I just wish that I could stay out later. It's a pain to make Mikey walk me home.. I feel bad for always bringin him with me.

But mum.. PLEASE EXTEND MY CURFEW BY AT LEAST 15 MINUTES!!! Maybe even a half hour, but I know that's pushing it =/ Since it's starting to get warm out, and it's staying lighter outside longer... I don't think you have to worry about me being abducted at 7:05 PM when it's still wicked light out.
